Judy Weisel

M.A., CCC-SLP

Judy received her Bachelors degree in psychology from Cornell University and her Masters degree in education from New York University. Judy received a second Masters degree in speech-language pathology from Montclair State University.

While teaching in a New York public school, Judy chaired a task force to develop curricula for language delayed children.

Judy has extensive clinical experience in evaluating and treating children with auditory processing disorders, receptive-expressive language disorders, phonological disorders, articulation disorders, and childhood apraxia of speech.

Judy is a coordinator of the Suburban Speech Center Reading Readiness Therapy Program. Judy lectures to parent groups regarding techniques to foster pre-reading skills, listening skills and auditory processing skills in children.

Judy joined Suburban Speech Center in 1989.
