Jane Goldberg

M.S., CCC-SLP

Jane received her Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology from SUNY Buffalo and her Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Columbia University.

Jane has professional experience in a variety of settings including hospital, outpatient rehabilitation and the NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS). She was the lead speech-language pathologist on the Nyack Hospital Neuropsychology team, serving inpatient, outpatient, and homebound patients with traumatic brain injury.

Jane was instrumental in establishing the Suburban Speech Center Early Speech-Language Intervention protocol. She specializes in evaluating and treating children with childhood apraxia of speech, receptive-expressive language disorders, and articulation. Jane is trained in the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (K-SLP) and Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT).

Jane developed and oversees the Auditory Processing Assessment and Treatment Protocol at Suburban Speech Center. This includes The Fast ForWord Program for children and caregivers, the Expanding Expressions Tool program, and the Building Blocks Hierarchy (Lois Heymann, CCC).

Jane joined the Suburban Speech Center in 2005.
