Madi received both her Bachelors degree and Masters degree in business from Pace University. Madi received a second Masters degree in speech-language pathology from New York University.
Madi has professional experience in a variety of settings including private practice, and elementary schools. Madi trained with Dr. Stanley Greenspan (DIR Floortime); Diane Lewis (Affect-Based language Curriculum ABLC) and Dr. Barry Prizant.
Madi specializes in pragmatic social skills language remediation. She developed and coordinates the Practice Playce program at Suburban Speech Center. She evaluates all children referred to Practice Playce and makes recommendations for optimum placement in social skills groups as well as individual therapy.
In addition to specializing in pragmatic language assessment and treatment, Madi has extensive experience treating children with receptive-expressive language disorders, auditory processing disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and articulation and myofunctional disorders.
Madi joined the Suburban Speech Center in 2007.
