Susan received her Bachelors degree in speech language pathology from Hunter College and her Masters degree in speech-language pathology from University of Maryland.
Susan has professional experience in a variety of settings including schools and private practice. She worked in the public school system for over 25 years, providing assessment and therapy to preschool through high school aged children with a wide range of speech-language disorders. She has presented many in-service training programs throughout school systems as well as private speech therapy centers in New Jersey.
Susan specializes in evaluating and treating children with auditory processing disorders, receptive-expressive language disorder and articulation. She has extensive training in visualizing/verbalizing, Sounds in Motion and Orton Gillingham.
Susan was one of the original staff members and joined Suburban Speech Center in 1989 and is currently semi-retired. She continues her affiliation with Suburban Speech Center as an assessment consultant.
