Kristi received her Bachelors degree in speech-language pathology from James Madison University and her Masters degree in speech-language pathology from Northwestern University.
Kristi has clinical experience in hospital settings where she evaluated and treated adults and children with a wide range of communication disorders, with an emphasis on neurologically-based speech-language disorders.
Kristi has extensive experience working with children with receptive-expressive language disorders, auditory processing disorders, and articulation disorders. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of childhood fluency, voice and resonance disorders, with an emphasis on the communication challenges of craniofacial disorders.
Kristi is trained in the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (K-SLP), Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT), and Links to Language.
Kristi joined the Suburban Speech Center in 1998.
